No refunds for early departure. You are responsible for the dates reserved, if you leave before your scheduled departure date you will be charged for the entire stay.

We do not charge for cancellations within three days, however, you will be charged for the entire stay if you cancel within that period.

Small and midsize friendly pets are welcome. There is a $5 fee per pet per night ($25 per week). Pets must be leashed and never left unattended in rooms or on the property.

The towels provided in your room are not to be taken outside the room and/or used to wipe down boats (or any other use). You will be charged for missing or damaged towels. We respect your privacy so if you require maid service please display door tages requesting maid service before 11:00 AM.

Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. You will be charged $50.00 if you check-out after 11:00 am, unless otherwise stated. You will be charged for an extra day if you check-out past 2:00 pm. There will be a $50.00 extra cleaning fee if your room is left abnormally dirty.

There will be a $10 charge for each guest room key that is lost or not returned to the front desk.

All our rooms are non-smoking. If you smoke in our rooms you will be charged $200 - NO EXCEPTIONS!
